Can I send in bundles for my wig?

Actually yes! This is only allowed for wig services not receiving any color. If you are looking to have colored hair (even if it is JET BLACK) you must purchase hair through The Renee Collection.

Can I send a wig from another company to be recapped?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to send another wig from a different company to be recapped.

What kind of lace do we use?

At The Renee Collection, we use HD lace to ensure a seamless melt.

Are the wigs glueless or do they require adhesive?

These wigs are 100% glueless which is why it is important to properly measure your head referencing the photos provided on the CustomizHer tab.

Do units come pre plucked?

Wigs come slightly plucked, leaving room for clients to adjust the hairline to their liking but plucked enough for a beginner to not have a “harsh” hairline.

Are knots bleached or do I have to bleach them myself?

The knots are bleached & toned
