How to measure my head?
To measure your head you can use a flexible measuring tape. You will need to measure the circumference of your head, ear to ear, front to nape, temple to temple.

What’s the difference between a frontal and a closure?
Lace frontals lay from ear to ear providing maximum space for different parting options.
VS
Lace closures are from temple to temple providing minimal parting options while still providing the ideal coverage.
How long does the average wig last?
The average wig from The Renee Collection can last up to 4 years and counting with proper care. Neglecting to detangle, shampoo, brush from ends to root, and using high heat constantly with no heat protectant will result in a shorter longevity.
Are the wigs human or synthetic?
The Renee Collection is 100% human hair.
Can I wear my wig everyday?
The Renee Collection is designed for an everyday wear option and when looking for that switch up, you can send us your wig for a transforming RefresHer which will also allow you apply color if desired.
Do I need a wig cap under my wig?
A wig cap is not required but for a more seamless look, you can use it.
Are returns and exchanges accepted?
No, due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once your order is complete, you cannot cancel or make ANY changes to your order. Please verify all wig details including size, customization, length, etc. Each order is created specific to each client & production begins once you place your order. If there is an issue with your order or we are at fault for any reason, you can contact our email and we will be happy to assist you! You have 5 days after you have received your order to email us with an issue. After the 5 day period, we might not be able to assist you.

In order for your wig to eligible for return, the wig has to be returned in its ORIGINAL condition with the lace still attached. Once the lace is cut, the wig is considered altered and ineligible. If you request for your lace to cut before checkout, you understand these terms that your wig is ineligible for returns.
