Can I send a wig from another company to be repaired?
Yes, wigs will be allowed for a ReplacHer or RefresHer service.
Color transformations will require hair quality to be 100% human hair. We will not be responsible for any damages that may occur during the color process.
I colored my wig and would like to have it professionally fixed. Can I send The Renee Collection the wig back for a color repair?
Unfortunately, The Renee Collection will not be able to work over any pervious color jobs.
What is the turnaround rate for CustomizHer services?
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for standard production.
Expedited services are allowed for an additional fee with 1 to 2 weeks turnaround timeframe.

Do you offer maintenance services for wigs?
Yes, The Renee Collection does offer maintenance services which are available in the RefresHer section.
What’s the best way to care for my lace wig?
For proper care please:
- Brush hair from ends to roots,
- Shampoo as needed (if heavy product build up use a clarifying shampoo 1 to 2xs and follow up with a moisturizing shampoo),
- If sleeping in wig, wrap hair and use bonnet.
- Always use heat protectant and not too high of a heat setting.
Can I swim in my wig?
Although hair is 100% human hair, personally it’s not recommended to help with longevity. If decided to swim in, use a clarifying and moisturizing shampoo with a deep condition treatment to help restore hair.
