From refreshing and conditioning your bundles to creating a seamless, natural-looking finish, we transform your existing hair into a polished custom unit you’ll feel confident wearing. Whether you envision a sleek middle part, a soft side part, a bold color transformation, or a beautifully styled finish, our team brings your vision to life with precision and care.

What’s Included:

  • Up to 4 bundles may be provided for your custom unit.
  • Bleached knots for a seamless, natural-looking finish.
  • Luxe Styling tailored to your desired look.
  • Full Hair Treatment to refresh, condition, and prepare your bundles for installation.
  • Signature Coloring Options — a test strand will be performed before coloring to determine whether your hair meets our coloring standards. If your hair is unable to safely achieve the requested color, you will be informed before proceeding.
  • Custom Parting Placement — choose from a middle, left-side, or right-side part.

Clients may provide up to 4 bundles. Any additional bundles beyond the 4-bundle allowance will be subject to an additional fee. Hair will be inspected upon arrival to determine its condition and suitability for customization, treatment, and coloring services.

How To Measure My Head

To properly capture accurate head measurements, ensure your hair is cornrowed or molded flat. You can use a flexible measuring tape to capture: Front to nape, ear to ear, temple to temple, and your head circumference.

How Long Does The Average Wig Last?

The average lifespan on your customized unit can last three years and counting depending on the maintenance you give it. To ensure the longevity please reframe from sleeping in wig unless properly wrapped and secured in a bonnet/ head wrap. Neglecting detangling, brushing/ combing and shampooing will shorten lifespan of wig.

Are Wigs Human Or Synthetic?

All wigs are 100% human hair.

Can I Wear My Wig Everyday?

Absolutely! Your custom wig is designed for everyday use and if you’d like a new look, you can always purchase the RefresHer service.
